If you're planning to book for a special event or date, please make your reservation as soon as possible. We're already taking bookings for 2026. Weekend dates fill up fast, so if you want one, make sure to book at least two weeks in advance. We always do our best to accommodate you, but sometimes it might not be possible.

To lock in your date, simply complete the booking form on our contact page. We'll send you an email with our proposal, booking confirmation, and all the details for your requested date and time. Just sign the contract and pay half of the booking price, and your date will be officially reserved!

Once you sign up for our services and pay half the price, we can reschedule your booking to another day or a date within 6 months of the original booking, but please note that we do not offer refunds. A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee. Let us know as soon as possible if your date no longer works, so we can offer the spot to someone else.

The latest time we schedule picnics is one hour before sunset, and all picnics conclude 15 minutes after sunset. If you'd like to extend your picnic into the evening, please inform us ahead of time so we can arrange proper lighting and ensure a safe location. If you book your picnic at your own home or backyard, it can be done at any time.

Let us know if you'd like more shade, and we can recommend adding an umbrella canopy or pass the request to the setup crew. While we can't guarantee full shade, we'll do our best with what's available.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to your originally scheduled date.

I can host up to 10 people at any public location. For larger groups, I’ll need to make additional arrangements in advance, so please reach out to confirm.
